This video ad campaign was made for Evergreen Campus Rentals as their Digital Marketer. The goal was to promote the company's NOVA apartments for the new leasing season. Aside from the intro and outro drone footage, all footage was filmed by me. Before filming the various rooms of the apartment, I assisted others in staging the rooms with lighting and furniture. Once I walked through the apartment and collected footage, I brought all the content over into After Effects and edited the ad. This campaign was published by me to Google Ads and has since accumulated over 6K views.
The two graphics to the left are posters I made for Evergreen's Instagram during the push to promote Nova. I've also included my initial sketches for the graphics so you can see what was kept or cut during the drafting stages.
